Localization

Currently, the mod includes support for 13 different languages:

• Chinese, simplified (zh-cn)
• Chinese, traditional (zh-tw)
• Dutch (nl)
• English
• French (fr)
• German (de)
• Italian (it)
• Korean (kr)
• Japanese (ja)
• Polish (pl)
• Portuguese (pt)
• Russian (ru)
• Spanish (es)

Selecting a display language

Go to the options dialog, switch to the General tab and select your preferred language.

Technical details

Localization files are located in the /TLM/TLM/Resources folder. Filenames for translations (except for English) have the format "lang_[id].txt" where id is the ISO language identifier (see above). Translations are stored as key-value pairs; they are seperated by a space.

Help translating

Translating TMPE requires your support! Download the translation file you want to modify, correct or add translations, and either

1. create a pull request on GitHub, or
2. send it back to us via Discord.

If you would like to add a new language to TM:PE use the file "lang_template.txt" as a starting point.
